After 8 years in China, WSI is the recognized market leader with over 2,000 staff and 80,000 students in 35 training centers across 7 cities.  As we continue to rapidly grow and open up new markets in other cities, we invite experienced, goal-oriented, dynamic and ambitious Direct Sales Managers to join us.  


Key Responsibilities:

Based in a learning center, the Direct Sales Manager (DSM) is primarily responsible for achieving P&L and revenue objectives on a consistent basis (mainly through B2C channels) and for ensuring effective delivery of after-sales services.

This position is supported by a Regional Operations team, whose task is to ensure that DSMs are reaching their performance targets and are on track to reach their bonuses.

This is a demanding role that requires high energy levels, and a strong ability to recruit, train, coach, manage, motivate and develop high performing sales and service professionals. The ability to create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation, and empathy with our student body (primarily professionals in the 25 to 40 age group) are also a must.

Qualifications and Experience:

·      Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales experience

·      Minimum of three (3) years in sales leadership and management capacity, preferably with experience in supervising employees in Sales, Service and Customer Relations functions.

·      Advanced communication skills, both oral and written

·      A working knowledge of English and Mandarin (intermediate level & above)

·      Has a real interest in education and training and in helping people to improve their lives.

·      Must be flexible with working hours, set according to centers’ needs.
