Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand the Service Contract Base
* Sales responsibilities include contracts with design engineers, building maintenance engineers and owners
* Pursue Agreements with Mechanical customer base
* Work with the Service Department technicians to develop and quote retrofit projects
* Establish marketing and promotional procedures for HVAC and Direct Digital Control products
* Estimating of installations for both HVAC equipment and DDC systems
* Successful applicant will be required to make sales calls on potential customers
Minimum Qualifications:
* 3 years selling Commercial HVAC Retrofit and maintenance contracts to customers
* Solid knowledge & experience with Building Automation Systems
* HS Diploma / Possess a valid driver’s license
Salary: $50k - $75k base + commissions (equaling up to 50% of base)
