Henrybuilt is seeking a driven and experienced sales executive to develop and manage sales in the western United States.​


This is a demanding position with excellent compensation and potential for growth.​ It involves direct sales, and as sales grow, development of an effective sales team.​ It also includes management of the company’s Seattle showroom.​ We are seeking a candidate whose background demonstrates clear potential for senior management, and who has had experience working within national or international companies with a highly regarded reputation for management excellence.​


You will report directly to the CEO and be a key part of a team driving the development of an emerging premium brand.​ You will be responsible for developing a sales plan for the region and for making and meeting sales projections.​ You will also contribute to regional marketing strategy and brand positioning.​


The ideal candidate will have executive sales management experience working with premium value products and services.​ A sophisticated understanding of design and culture is important.​ Experience in the luxury market is preferred.​ This is a consultative selling position that requires a high level of professional and social sophistication as well as deep product and industry knowledge and proven experience managing the sale of complex products.​ A refined sense of design is required.​


Experience with a nationally or internationally marketed, system-based residential or office product is a plus but not a requirement.​ A strong understanding of the architectural and residential building industry is preferred, however, we are willing to train a proven professional from another field if the candidate shows substantial prior success in a similar level position (director level or above).​ Business to business sales experience with sophisticated products of any kind is good background.​


One additional absolute must: Very strong skills using email effectively in the sales process.​
