MARKETING COORDINATOR: Healthcare Management Admin

Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA) has been a leader in the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Industry for more than 20 years and our employees work in a fun, collaborative environment. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator in our Bellevue home office. This position is an important part of our Sales and Marketing Department and will assist and support our Sales and Marketing staff.

The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the development and creation of all HMA marketing packets and communication materials that are used to support the sales team including brochures, newsletters, direct mail pieces, and any other resources that are deemed critical to the success of HMA’s marketing strategy. This position provides research, concept development and implementation support for all services and products that are used as HMA collaterals, as well as being an active participant in the maintenance of the HMA website along with the Web Master including managing all digital assets such as; editing photos, posting, cataloging and archiving all digital assets.

Essential Functions:

    *
      Create and coordinate marketing and communication materials, produces all in-house publications
    *
      Provide research, concept development and implementation support for all services/product Prepare full proposals for finalist presentations.
    *
      Support development of sales tools, presentations, collateral and provide marketing support to other departments
    *
      Ensures all HMA sales collateral conforms to brand standards
    *
      Coordinates outside vendor support for production, delivery etc. of marketing materials
    *
      Processing and summarizing new quotes for review by management.
    *
      Assists in development and support of special marketing materials, events and activities such as brochures, open houses, exhibits, trade fairs, etc.
    *
      Trade show coordination, including logistics, material preparation, shipping, and travel arrangements
    *
      Supports other marketing efforts such customer surveys (annual satisfaction and implementation surveys), database management and competitive landscape
    *
      Coordinates and monitors all approved marketing projects to assure project effectiveness and timeliness
    *
      Advise and assist management with tracking the marketing budget
    *
      Generates reports from the sales support database as needed
    *
      Actively participate in the maintenance of HMA website in partnership with the e-Business Specialist
    *
      Manage all digital assets including but not limited to; editing photos, posting content, cataloging and archiving
    *
      Assist in handling media relations, including media list management, outreach, briefing documents and scripting press releases.
    *
      Maintain PR database, including media coverage and awards.
    *
      Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration and

· 3 years solid sales and marketing administrative experience working with clients, preferably in a healthcare, carrier or benefits consulting environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Knowledge of the TPA industry and product management experience a plus.

· Strong editing and proof reading ability

· Extensive MS Office Suite skills.

· Experience with Desktop Publishing a plus

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively on teams and to meet deadlines.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Ability to work with diverse personalities with patience and professionalism
