Compensation Analyst

As a Compensation Analyst, the chosen candidate will manage the pay administration for all non-executive jobs, including market analysis and performance management administration. Key functions will include tracking and administering bonus and incentive plans, providing information from HRIS to customer and general information to all levels of employees, regarding HR programs, practices and procedures.


Essential Functions:
- Develop and administer a compensation program for all communities including training.
- Review geographical differences throughout the company and maintain appropriate salary ranges and wage scales for all jobs.
- Manage company-wide turnover reports.
- Maintain current market data for all positions throughout the company, through custom and purchased surveys.
- Build the current HRIS system to meet Compensation needs. Maintain system standard library of reports.
- Create and maintain an automated performance appraisal process.
- Administer corporate incentive plans (annually, quarterly and monthly).
- Administer the company stock option program.
- Manipulate data from HRIS to meet customer needs. Maintain Human Resource/Payroll system data integrity.
- Communicate to all levels of employees the basics of our Human Resources policies and practices.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Benefits and Compensation department.


- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Accounting or Human Resources.
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible, related experience in base pay practices, compensation strategy and incentive plan administration.
- Knowledge of database application, preferably ADP and other compensation software.
- Proficiency in MS Office for Windows.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and pay close attention to detail.
